Guadalmina Golf

Guadalmina is a popular golf club providing two 18-hole golf courses and a 9-hole practise course. Founded in 1959, the course is located 1 kilometre west of San Pedro de Alcantara. Guadalmina is partially characterised by reasonably wide undulating fairways sweeping through recently developed urbanization's and villas. Guadalmina Norte, opened in 1975 and was designed by Folco Nardi, is probably the easier of the two courses although the fairways are more undulated and there are more water hazards and trees . Guadalmina Sur was opened in 1959 and designed by Javier Arana, this long demanding course with wide fairways and raised greens stretches out towards the beach.
